By making the payment of the specified bill, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payments

• Full payment must be made in advance via UPI.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Parcels will be dispatched within 3 days after payment settlement.
• Orders will not be dispatched without advance payment.

Delivery Responsibility

• Once the parcel is dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier service.
• We are not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• An unboxing video is compulsory for any claim.
• The video must:
  • Start before opening the parcel.
  • Clearly show the sealed package.
  • Be recorded in one continuous clip.
• Videos or photos taken after opening the parcel will not be accepted.

Returns & Repairs

• No returns for healthy/working goods.
• Only products that are non-repairable will be eligible for return/replacement.
• Products that can be repaired will be repaired instead of replaced.
• If a product is received damaged, we will cover the repair cost.

Changes to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
• Customers will be informed 3 business days in advance of any changes.
