1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags/labels intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

3. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• Product is defective or not working
• Missing items in the package

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or worn products
• Items without original packaging
• Perishable goods
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or special-order items
• Items purchased during clearance or sale

5. Return Request Process

To start a return:

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
2. Include:
   
   • Order ID
   • Product photos/videos
   • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will arrange pickup at no cost.
• For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

• Our team will inspect the product.
• You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your return.

8. Exchange Policy

We offer replacement or exchange for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Wrong items delivered

Exchange is subject to product availability.

9. Late or Missing Return Requests

Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
